What plans do we have in place to manage and maintain our service with advisers?

We have robust business continuity plans in place to ensure we maintain operational status.

As we’re reacting and adapting to our changing circumstances, we’re continuing to work hard to offer you the best service we can while looking after our people and customers.

It’s an incredibly busy time and we’re doing our best to handle your queries; however, you may have to wait longer than normal.

We are currently only dealing with pre-sales and new business enquiries via email and our telephone lines are temporarily closed. Please email all enquiries to;

How will I get a quote?

In the first instance please use your quote /research portal to obtain guaranteed quotes, KFIs and application forms.

What if I can't get a guaranteed quote?

If you are unable to get a guaranteed quote via your quote/research portal, please complete a Retirement Health Form and email to enquote@aviva.com.

Can we still submit applications?

Yes, you can continue to submit applications to us in the normal manner. These are available on Aviva for Advisers

Whilst we still require a physical signature from your customer on the application form, we will accept this to be submitted into Aviva as a photograph or scanned copy by the customer. Applications can be emailed to us at annuityapps@aviva.com 

Supplementary Application Form is required to be completed when funds are coming from an occupational pension scheme. 

Please be aware that this only needs to be signed when the trustees of the scheme are the policyholder, we will accept this to be submitted into Aviva as a photograph or scanned copy and completed applications can be emailed to us at annuityapps@aviva.com 

Whilst we continue to accept contact/applications by post, we would recommend using email in the first instance as there could be delays outside of our control.

How will we communicate any change of service to advisers?

All the latest information will be made available via the Aviva for Advisers website and where relevant we will contact you directly.

We are continuously monitoring the situation, taking advice from the World Health Organisation (WHO) and fully adhering to guidance from Public Health England and recommend you keep checking Aviva for Advisers for the latest position.
