Cazenove Capital is part of the Wealth Management arm of the Schroders Group. Our combined heritage, created by bringing together Schroders and Cazenove Capital, is unique in the investment world.
Both companies have their history in trade finance that saw the City of London develop into a major commercial and financial centre at the beginning of the 19th century. Building on our bespoke offering, MPS is a modelled solution for clients for whom a bespoke service may not be cost-effective.
Our main objective is to preserve and grow the value client’s wealth after inflation, managing risk in a cost-efficient manner. Our business is built on trust, something we have developed whilst working in partnership with advisers for more than 15 years.
We have sixteen risk-profiled models to choose from, six core models, five active/passive models and five sustainable models, with each portfolio benefiting from the insight and expertise of our investment teams.
Our investment philosophy is underpinned by two key factors: an understanding of the business cycle and its impact on different asset classes and underlying investments, as well as a strong belief in the merits of diversification.
Our models are available through a range of tax-efficient wrappers, such as individual savings accounts (ISAs), self-invested personal pensions (SIPPs) and General investment Accounts (GIAs).
The model portfolios are administered by third-party platform providers capable of delivering the full operational support you need.
Our core and active/passive model risk profiles are: Cautious (DT 3), Balanced (DT 4), Growth (DT 5), Aggressive (DT 6), Equity Risk (DT 7). The Balanced Income model is DT 4. Our sustainable models consist of Cautious, Balanced, Growth, Aggressive and Equity risk and we are currently in talks with DT to have them risk rated.
Portfolios are rebalanced manually by our Portfolio Manager as and when opportunities in the market arise.
