Welcome to our new adviser site.
We've spent a great deal of time enhancing the navigation, so when you look for information you’ll hopefully find it presents itself quite naturally and it’s intuitive to use. You can find further details in our guide or for more information, read our FAQs.
The main features are no different
The main trading platforms Adviser Platform and Aviva Life Protection Solutions (ALPS) are unchanged.
In other words, the way you process funds and quotes will be familiar. Though the Fund Centre is now called the Investment Centre, it still features all the same tools as before.
The main difference is navigation. Once you're logged on you’ll see there’s a ‘My Services’ menu available in every part of the site, this menu gives you access to key service links – so no matter where you go on the site you’ve got these links to hand.
If you're looking to access Platform Clients, you'll need to select Platform Services from the 'My Services' menu first.
Look and feel
We’ve streamlined the design and navigation to make it easier and faster for you to find what you need. You can do this across any device, whether it’s your desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone.
Login is at the top right of your screen
If you haven’t logged on yet you can do so here using your ten-digit online account number (OAN) and password (or continue to use Unipass - whatever is easiest). The first time you login to the new adviser site, you’ll be asked to accept our new website T&C’s.
If you need help with remembering your OAN, please contact via email our Online Support Team ECSD@aviva.com. You can reset your password online.
If you’re a new user, you can also register from the same page. It shouldn’t take more than a few minutes.
