Yes, you can continue to submit applications to us in the normal manner. These are available on Aviva for Advisers.
Whilst we still require a physical signature from your customer on the application form, we will accept this to be submitted into Aviva as a photograph or scanned copy by the customer. Applications can be emailed to us at annuityapps@aviva.com
A Supplementary Application Form is required to be completed when funds are coming from an occupational pension scheme.
Please be aware that this only needs to be signed when the trustees of the scheme are the policyholder, we will accept this to be submitted into Aviva as a photograph or scanned copy and completed applications can be emailed to us at annuityapps@aviva.com
Whilst we continue to accept contact/applications by post, we would recommend using email in the first instance as there could be delays outside of our control.
