Claims

How to claim

If your client is injured or becomes seriously ill while abroad, they should call the medical emergency helpline. To ensure that we can help them as quickly as possible, they should have to hand:

  • Contact phone/fax number
  • Policy number and dates of travel
  • Details of their UK GP and the name and address of the attending doctor
