Congratulations Class of 2022

On 1 November, we said a formal congratulations to our third cohort of Aviva Future Leader Programme (FLP) brokers at their graduation ceremony in London. After completing twelve modules on the programme, the evening was a chance for the delegates, along with their business owner sponsors, to celebrate their achievements and look back on their progression.

Hosted by Aviva FLP trainers, John Nutter and Dan Wall, the evening shone a light on the individuals. Featuring special moments from the course, it was an emotional evening with speeches from the training team, programme sponsors and the delegates themselves. Three special awards were given for:

• Delegate’s choice award - awarded to Lee Elgie of Erimus Insurance Brokers.
• Trainer’s award – awarded to Jordan Crozier of Consort Insurance.
• Andrew Scott recognition award – awarded to Mike Shaw of M R Ratcliffe Consultants Ltd.

Brokers shared their experiences of the programme.

Finally, whilst it's goodbye to our third cohort, it's an exciting welcome to our new 2023 delegates who will be starting their own Aviva Future Leader Programme journey in January. They’ll be joined by our new programme partner Ian Stutz. We’ll share more details of the new FLP delegates and their brokerages and in the coming weeks.
