Fast Trade: Changes to how you submit a referral
We know that speed of response is critical for you and your clients. That’s why we’re enhancing the Fast Trade journey to make it quicker and easier to get the decisions you need, exactly when you need them.
What's changing?
From Wednesday 17 December 2025, when you choose to submit a referral on our Fast Trade product set, you’ll see new options allowing you to;
- Request an immediate response via telephone or live chat
- Continue to submit your referral electronically, as usual, if you’re happy to wait
To help you get the best possible outcome for your customer, in the most efficient way for you, we encourage you to call our team wherever possible. To support this, we’ve introduced a dedicated business telephone line, giving you direct access to our most experienced underwriters. This line is designed to speed up referral handling and deliver an enhanced service.
We’re committed to continually improving Fast Trade to help you win and retain business. This update is one of several steps we’re taking to deliver the speed, clarity and support you expect.
We’ll continue to evolve our trading model based on your feedback and look forward to working with you as we move into 2026.
Update: New email address for SME Digital
We’d also like to let you know about a change to our email contact route for all SME Digital products traded through Fast Trade and Acturis eTrade.
New email address: DigitalUnderwritingHub@aviva.com
Our existing mailbox will remain live until 31 January 2026, but please update your systems ahead of this date to avoid any disruption.
