At Aviva, our focus is on making it as easy as possible for our brokers to trade with us, especially in SME.

We've invested heavily in our digital services, from eTrading to faster decision making, so brokers can do business in a way that suits them when it suits them.

But the most important impact that we have is broker feedback. That's what helps us keep improving.

That's why I'd really encourage our brokers to take a few minutes to complete this year's Insurance Times eTrading Survey.

Your insight genuinely helps shape what we do next for you and for our shared customers. Thank you.

Building on your feedback

Your views continue to shape how we evolve our digital trading experience.

Over the past year, we've introduced several key enhancements shaped by your feedback and market needs, including:

  • 24-month BI indemnity uplift: This is applied automatically at no extra cost across selected Fast Trade Commercial Combined, Office and Surgery and Property Owners policies to help address underinsurance and support stronger recovery.
  • Minifleet enhancements: You can now place up to 20 vehicles at new business and up to 30 at mid-term or renewal, supported by a more intuitive and compliant quote journey.
  • Commercial Combined flexibility: Optional Premises and Contents or Material Damage cover on Fast Trade and Acturis eTrade to help refine cover options and place more business digitally.

Just to name a few.

“Don’t underestimate the value of your feedback, it’s massively important to us and really helps to shape the proposition of the future.”

Caren Barnett, SME Digital Trading Manager
