The Aviva Broker Roadshows: Unstoppable Together

We're halfway through our Unstoppable Roadshow series

We’ve reached the halfway point of our 2026 Aviva Broker Roadshows, and we’re pleased to have welcomed over 250 brokers at our Leeds, Manchester, Belfast and Glasgow stops. Packed with insight, strategy and performance updates, plus opportunities for networking and closer collaboration, the events are designed to bring brokers nearer to our strategy, teams, services and support, and help you navigate the challenges of 2026 with confidence. We look forward to connecting with many more of you at our upcoming events.

With four events now complete, the energy, engagement and honest conversations we’ve had so far have set a strong tone for the remainder of the series.

Transcript  for video Roadshow

Richard Jennings: The main thing I took away today is how much Aviva is doing for the end customer and how much they wanna work with us to deliver better customer outcomes.

Melanie King: One of the biggest challenges, volatility in the market. There's a lot of insurers that are reducing rates for new business, and then not retaining them at renewal, which is really difficult to then try and manage client expectations. But I think Aviva have got a lot of different propositions that they can add to make the insurance program just better and overall enhanced for the client.

Alycia Royle-Evatt: Everyone will have their different ways of trying to help and their different understanding of what a broker wants. For a broker to understand where their client is best placed, these roadshows are essential.

Michelle Taylor: So today's been a great opportunity for us to listen and speak to our brokers. You get great access if you come along. We've got from Dave Martin, our chief distribution officer, and our managing director, to Michael, Rebecca, me, all of our local regional team. So the access that you get if you come to one of our events is amazing, and it's about strengthening and deepening our relationships and being able to listen to you.
