Our shortlist recognition for Broker Partner of the Year celebrates Aviva Club 110, a partnership that has grown and evolved over nearly 20 years and today supports more than 130 independent brokers.

Investing in technology that makes a difference


Technology plays an important role in helping brokers deliver for their customers. Our Mid-Market Underwriting Platform, shortlisted for The Technology Award, demonstrates how we're combining underwriting expertise with Gen AI-powered capabilities to simplify processes and reduce friction.

By enabling quotes to be generated and bound in as little as 30 minutes, we're helping brokers spend less time on administration and more time advising customers. It's another example of how we're becoming unstoppable together through the combination of technology, expertise and partnership.

Two nominations in the Customer Care Award category highlight how we're working to improve customer outcomes during some of life's most challenging moments.

Our Home Claims Transformation programme focuses on providing proactive support, helping identify customer stress early and improving transparency throughout the claims journey.

Alongside this, our enhancement to a 24-month Business Interruption indemnity period helps address the challenge of underinsurance, providing greater reassurance and protection for SME customers.

Together, these initiatives show how brokers and Aviva can work side-by-side to support customers when they need us most, delivering reassurance, clarity and confidence in the moments that matter.
