On 1 October, Probitas 1492 was fully rebranded to Aviva Syndicates, bringing Aviva's Lloyd's business together under the Aviva brand.
Aviva Syndicates creates a consistent brand identity across our combined business. The launch reflects the strength of the combined organisation and underpins our capabilities for customers and brokers globally.

I’m excited to announce that today, Probitas has been formally rebranded as Aviva Syndicates.
This is an important milestone, as it gives us a consistent brand identity across our combined business, while also distinctively positioning Aviva Syndicates as Aviva's Lloyd's business.
Matt Gordon:
And while the name has changed, it's important to recognise that our Probitas colleagues have built a fantastic business. We're incredibly proud to have that expertise, talent and heritage as part of Aviva.
Lloyd’s is at the heart of any specialty business, and this rebrand is another great step in the journey towards our ambition.
