Digital Professional Indemnity policies

We’re implementing a new Cyber and Data exclusion endorsement to our Digital Professional Indemnity (PI) policy. This enhancement is designed to address the growing need for clarity between PI and Cyber insurance policies, so that we can provide the best possible coverage for our clients.

To achieve this, the International Underwriting Association in London has developed a market standard clause that will be included in the PI and Liability sections. This clause will clearly separate the risks, allowing us to underwrite each type of coverage more effectively.

This endorsement will be applied to all new policies and renewals, providing a clear definition of cyber coverage within our PI policy.
