Five stars for Fast Trade - seven years running

We’re pleased to share that, for the seventh consecutive year, Fast Trade has been awarded five stars by brokers nationwide in the Insurance Times eTrading survey.

We’ve continued to build on our previous success, achieving an impressive overall score of 4.35 out of 5, positioning Fast Trade in first position out of 12 insurer extranets. We’re proud to have reached seven consecutive years of overall five-star ratings – an achievement which no other insurer's extranet has yet matched.

Even more encouraging, this is also the seventh year in a row that brokers have awarded us five stars across every service factor. Thanks to this consistent performance, we’ve been ranked first place in all five service categories.

As well as Fast Trade, we were thrilled to receive an overall five star rating for our eTrading offering via Acturis eTrade, for the fourth consecutive year.
