Last week Insurance Times announced their shortlist for their 2021 awards and we were delighted to see Aviva amongst the finalists, shortlisted in 9 categories.

The award nominations throw spotlight on how we've actioned your feedback and embraced the challenges of the last few years, whether that’s;

- responding to claims fast and making our processes ‘straight through’ for your clients (Customer Champion of the Year - Insurer)
- or responding to your feedback on our e-trading and making continuous improvements to service you and your clients. (Excellence in e-Trading - Insurer)
The Aviva nominations this year also include ‘General Insurer of the Year’ and ‘Commercial Lines Insurer of the Year’ which we’re thrilled to have made the shortlisted for. The winner of these awards are determined by industry vote, so now is your chance to have your say on who’s supported you most this year.
