Introducing Amazon Music’s City Sessions presented by Aviva

Aviva have partnered with Amazon Music to bring Aviva Studios into homes across the UK.
 

Amazon Music’s City Sessions will bring some of the biggest names in music to Aviva Studios, Manchester’s landmark arts and culture venue, for a series of one-off, intimate performances streamed live on Prime Video and the Amazon Music UK channel on Twitch to viewers across the world. 
 

The City Sessions series spans musical genres, offering fans a unique opportunity to tune in to a once-in-a-lifetime show from some of their favourite artists. The highly successful intimate performance and livestream series has captivated audiences across the US and Latin America, with previous performances including global superstars Kings of Leon, Nelly Furtado and Glass Animals. 
 

This is the first time that City Sessions has come to Europe – so we're very excited! As part of our partnership, there will be four shows over the next eight months at Aviva Studios. The first show in the series took place on 15 October with the award-winning Bastille performing an exclusive and up-close set with songs from their new album and classics such as ‘Pompeii’. The one-off performance was streamed live on Prime Video and the  Amazon Music UK channel on Twitch, offering an unparalleled viewing experience for fans at home.
 

After the incredible performance by Bastille, next up for Amazon Music’s City Sessions is the chart-topping Ella Henderson. In the second of four shows to be held at Aviva Studios, Ella will be performing a set on Monday 18 November. 
 

Tickets are available via a free public ballot for all the Amazon Music City Sessions shows at Aviva Studios. You can apply for tickets to see Ella Henderson here.
