New updates to live chat service (20 May 2020)

Since March our Personal Lines contact centre has been handling your queries via Live Chat and email.

To help get your enquiry to the right team first time, we've added a new Errors option in the Live Chat function:

  • Personal Lines System Error Queries - choose this option if you have had a system error message when trading online
  • The Access Queries and Website Support option should only be used if you are having trouble logging into or accessing the website
  • Please continue to use Personal Lines Underwriting Query for everything else.

We hope by adding this further option we can continue to improve our service to you.

At the end of your chat you can request a transcript by email to refer back to what was discussed. You can also leave feedback at the end of a chat.
