Plant and Equipment now available to trade online

To make it easier for you to place and manage more business with us digitally, we’ve expanded our online offering to add Plant and Equipment to our products that are available on Fast Trade and Acturis eTrade*.
 

You can now quote and buy Plant and Equipment policies on Fast Trade or Acturis eTrade*. From getting a quote through to purchase, mid-term changes and renewal, all supported with instant documents.
 

Our online Plant and Equipment product offers cover for owned plant, hired in plant and machinery movement with each section available in isolation.

• Owned Plant sum insured and Limit of Indemnity up to £1,000,000
• Hired in Plant Hiring charges up to £250,000 and Limit of Indemnities ranging from £250,000 to £1,0000,000
• Machinery Movement up to £1,000,000 sum insured and can be rated on the annual current market value, new replacement value and turnover
• Minimum premium: Plant and Equipment £500 plus Insurance Premium Tax (IPT)
• Minimum excess: £500 increasing to a £1,000 in respect of theft, attempted theft and malicious damage
