With 65% of you having ambitions to be a future leader of a brokerage*, it seems there is plenty of passion for a thriving independent broker market. The Aviva Future Leader programme will help you develop the skills and knowledge required to lead a successful broker business. Applications to join the 2020 programme are now open.

Delivered over two years, the programme uses theoretical and practical exercises to develop your leadership skills. Through a blend of bi-monthly workshop events, on-line learning material, assignments and challenges you’ll accelerate your learning in all aspects of running a business. Plus you’ll have access to mentors and coaches who’ll share their own leadership experiences.

To apply you’ll need to have the full support of your current business and you will need to be able to commit to the twelve module programme over the next two years. Applicants should already be working towards moving into a director or board position role within the next five to ten years.
