Do you insure new build properties on your Household product?
If the address is a match on our system please follow your usual process to obtain a quote. However, if the address doesn’t match or appear, we may be able to insure the property once we have manually added it to our system.
If you need support where you can’t get a match on a new address, please contact live chat or opsuwadmin@aviva.com.
You’ll need to provide:
- The full address
- The northings and eastings (which can be found on the property deeds or you may be able to use grid finder; alternatively, you can use ‘what three words’ to provide us with the location of the property
- Please make sure the data you give us is complete and accurate as we price our risks at the property level not just at the postcode level.
This process usually takes less than a week and we’ll contact you once the address has been added to our records.
