Complete Home is designed for your clients with a main residence rebuild cost over £3m and with multiple properties in the UK or overseas.
What's covered as standard?
- Buildings Replacement Cover - with unlimited cover available, we'll pay what it costs to rebuild your client's home*
- Other Permanent Structures - cover up to 20% of the building sum insured for other permanent structures on your client's property such as detached staff cottages and equestrian stables
- Jewellery and Money - if there's loss, damage or theft to your client's jewellery or money, we can offer high levels of cover to protect these items
- Home Improvements Cover - there's cover for up to £250k for damages arising from home improvements.
- Alternative Accommodation - should the unexpected happen and your client need to leave their home, there's alternative residency cover for up to three years, so they have somewhere to call home
- Loss of Rent - for your clients who rent their property, there's up to three years of cover for loss of rent, so they won't be out of pocket
- New item Cover - for any newly purchased items, there's cover up to 30% of the contents sum insured for up to 90 days from the date of purchase so your clients don't need to tell us immediately, but they'll still be covered
- Public Liability - cover up to £10m available, covering your client should a third party come to harm whilst at their property
- Worldwide Travel - we'll provide personal worldwide travel cover, including up to £15k for trip cancellations per person, for individuals up to 75 years old. This coverage applies to all residents of the household while they are travelling.
- Personal Cyber - cybercrime can leave your clients susceptible to fraud and identity theft and if your client is unfortunate enough to fall victim to a cyber attack, they're covered for up to £100k to help them recover
- Home Emergency - if there's been an unexpected issue affecting heating, plumbing, electricals or other essential facilities, there's cover available for up to £1.5k to help clients resolve any issues as promptly as possible
- Legal Assistance - up to £150k of cover for legal costs such as expenses or solicitors fees
- Interest free direct debit - policies can be paid for monthly with no interest added, so there are no added charges for your clients
* Unlimited replacement can be agreed for all locations other than property listed as Grade 1/2* (England and Wales) Grade A/B (Scotland) or Grade A/B+(Northern Ireland). The property must have been surveyed in the last 5 years and the cover agreed by Aviva
