  • Liability coverage - in the event someone is injured on your client's property,  this can cover medical expenses and legal fees, helping to save your client from a substantial financial burden
  • Mortgage requirements - if your client has a mortgage, their mortgage lender might require them to have home insurance in place to protect their investment in the property

Smart Home is designed for your clients with a main UK residence with a rebuild value between £400k and £1m and jewellery up to £100k. 


What's covered as standard?

  • Buildings Cover - we'll pay what it costs to rebuild your client's home up to £1m
  • Other Permanent Structures - cover for up to 20% of the building sum insured for other permanent structures on your client's property like outbuildings and garages
  • Art and Collectables - we'll cover art and collectables up to the value of £100k, so if they become damaged or come to harm, there's peace of mind that these are covered
  • Jewellery and Watches - are covered for up to £100k, should they be subject to loss, damage or theft, clients can rest assured that there's insurance in place for those valuable items that matter the most
  • Home Improvements - there's cover for up to £75k for damages arising from home improvements. 
  • Alternative Accommodation - should the unexpected happen and your clients need to leave their home, there's alternative residency cover for up to three years and a maximum of £200k, so they'll have somewhere to call home
  • Public Liability -  cover up to £5m to help cover your client should a third party come to harm whilst at their property
  • Personal Cyber - cybercrime can leave your clients susceptible to fraud and identity theft and if your client is unfortunate enough to fall victim to a cyber attack, they're covered for up to £50k to help them recover
  • Home Emergency - if there's been an unexpected issue affecting heating, plumbing, electricals or other essential facilities, there's cover available for up to £1k to help clients resolve any issues as promptly as possible 
  • Legal Assistance - £100k of cover for legal costs such as expenses or solicitors fees, should clients incur these 
  • Interest-free direct debit - policies can be paid for every month, with no interest added, so there are no added charges for your clients
