The Aviva Rising Stars Programme is all about giving your brightest stars the chance to shine – by developing the skills they need to realise their full potential. Because when you spot talent within your team, you need to nurture and retain it, so it can help your business grow.
Who are your Rising Stars?
They may not be the youngest, the most qualified or the most outgoing. But they’ll have a certain ‘something’ – a spark, an instinct or a drive that you’ve identified. They could be in any area of your business, such as sales, support, claims, finance or HR. All that matters is that they’re the type of promising talent you want to keep in your business to help make it even more successful.

How does the progamme work?
Through face-to-face workshops and ongoing mentoring, your Rising Stars will sharpen their skills in crucial areas from emotional intelligence to stakeholder management and problem-solving. The aim is to help them develop themselves, accelerate their career trajectory and make a positive impact on our industry and your business.
