Mentorship session

As part of the programme, we’re asking the broker principal or an equivalent senior leader to mentor the candidate throughout the programme. We’ll also invite you to the first workshop, where you’ll get an overview of the programme and a separate mentor session to outline expectations and receive advice and guidance on mentoring.

Thank you for your application. Once you submit, our team of moderators will review your application to make sure it meets the eligibility requirements, and contact you for more information, if need be. We’ll notify you of the decision of your application by 3 November 2025.
