Coverall now live - New non-standard Home Insurance product launches on Aviva Marketplace
Following the past year many employees all over the country are now doing a full-time job from the comfort of their own homes. This has required people to either adapt existing living arrangements or undertake internal or outbuilding renovations to create a working environment going forward. Whilst this is fast becoming the new normal, most will have no experience of home working so it could be easy to overlook home insurance and its provisions and restrictions for business use from the home.
If people carry out renovation works on their home, it is important they are aware they may need specific insurance to protect it, depending on the circumstances. Many standard policies will not cover major renovation works, or indeed the restrictions that come into effect after 30 days of a property being unoccupied, and it is imperative this is determined, and alternative cover secured before the work starts.
When it comes to having the right cover in place for these types of projects it’s important to work with experts that can provide bespoke non-standard insurance cover that has tailored solutions, which is why we’re delighted to be working with Prestige Underwriting to launch their Coverall insurance policy as the latest addition to our ‘hard to place’ product set on Aviva Marketplace.
I am delighted that Prestige Underwriting is supporting the Aviva Marketplace proposition and in turn their established broker community. We pride ourselves on the design and delivery of our non-standard Insurance solutions, providing flexibility and choice to our trading partners is at the core of everything we do.
