Our digital Property Owners improvements on Fast Trade
In our recent broker survey one in four of you ranked faster placement of risks and being able to write more online as key areas of support they want from insurers in 20231.
As a direct result of this feedback we’ve made a number of enhancements to our digital Property Owners product to accommodate larger portfolios and make it easier for you to quote for risks with multiple premises online.

We have improved Fast Trade for Property Owners.
Making it easier for you to quote larger portfolios online
Here’s what’s new…
1. Improved address input
We’ve improved the address input to make it seamless to add and review multiple locations.
You’ll notice a new pop-up when you get to ‘Premises’ section of your quote
Where you’ll be able to add a custom label for each address
And complete each section in the order it suits you
When you’re done, you’ll see an address summary screen with key info…
… whether you’ve completed all the sections or not.
From here you can quickly make edits, review all information and compare up to 20 addresses at once.
2. Presentation playback
You can now download a PDF showing all the key info for obtained quotes in a clear and concise professional presentation.
Save it for your records or use it to get a comparative quote elsewhere.
Either way it’s a win, saving you time and effort.
3. Quoting for risk that don’t fit online
