We've taken the difficult decision to pause any new business queries over the phone with immediate effect. Our key focus will be prioritising midterm adjustments and renewals. This decision hasn't been taken lightly but we recognise at times like these, its vital to ensure that you and your customers have all the support you need.
We've also amended our opening hours to 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (with immediate effect) to ensure our service can continue to meet the needs of you and your customers while balancing the practical implications, such as reduced public transport and home schooling, on our internal teams.
We'll be continually reviewing both decisions and as soon as our remote working capability can provide the service you and your customers expect we'll let you know.
