Do you cover flats?

We can provide Buildings cover for an individual flat on a ‘customer-provided sum insured’ basis only. The blanket cover isn’t available. 

We can provide Contents cover for an individual flat on both a ‘customer provided sum insured’ or Blanket Sum Insured basis. 

If the customer requires cover for more than one flat within a block, these will need to be keyed individually on separate policies.

Where the customer requires cover for the entire block of flats you should refer to the Aviva Commercial Property Owners product which can be transacted via Commercial Fast Trade.
