A year of partnerships

As we head into the final quarter of this year, we’re taking a quick look back at some of our favourite broker events and broker partnership moments from the past twelve months.
 

Future Leaders Programme

At the end of November 2021, we said a formal ‘congratulations’ to our second cohort of Aviva Future Leader Programme delegates at our graduation event. After completing twelve modules on the programme, the evening was a chance to celebrate the delegates' achievements and reflect on their progression over the past 36 months. 
 

Aviva Community Fund

In December we celebrated the broker winners in the 2021 Aviva Broker Community Fund who shared a pot of £300,000 for good causes across the UK. The winners included community centres, sports clubs, wellbeing projects, animal care, community first aid and search and rescue projects critical to the lives of the communities they support. Broker Roadshows

In the new year the Broker Roadshows returned across February, supporting over 400 brokerages and their people with insight, learning and conversation. Throughout the month the 19 sessions delivered 14 individual learning hours helping you to help you meet your CPD and IDD targets.
 

BIBA

In spring we went to Manchester for the annual BIBA Conference. The Aviva team spent time meeting brokers and seeking feedback to understand if we’re getting it right for you, your clients and your businesses so far in 2022, as well as finding out what more we can do to support you. The feedback gained helps us to shape our thinking and activity to make sure we continue working closely together. Want to know more? Have a look at our article - The buzz from BIBA.
 

AIRMIC

In June, we met with a number of you at the 2022 AIRMIC Conference. The two-day event was held in Liverpool where our Global Corporate and Specialty (GCS) experts were on the Aviva stand sharing our Client Relationship Management, Risk Management, Claims and Underwriting capabilities to support your clients.

Key Partner Broker Conference

Later in June was our Key Partner Broker Conference. Together with some of our industry largest brokerages and banking partners we discussed how we put sustainability at the heart of the insurance industry. From ‘Net Zero’ to Diversity and Inclusion, we shared practical ways our sector can be best positioned to make a difference and benefit from the inevitable transition. 
 

Club 110 Conference

In September, we held our 15^th Club 110 Conference. We were joined by more than 130 club members and special guests. We spent the time regrouping as a club, focussing on our strategy for growth and reinforcing our commitments to the club.

Whether you’ve joined us virtually, locally, or in conversation at one of the above events we hugely value the time we spend building our businesses in partnership. It takes us working together as supportive partners, investing in each other to understand and meet our shared goals and it takes expertise, building on our experience to craft the future we both want to see.
