How do I raise an accounts query?

In your "Statement View" select the link next to the relevant transaction in the transaction status column. This will bring up the "Transaction Details" screen. You may then select query from the list of options on the left. Choose a reason from the drop down list, add a comment and then click "Submit Query". You can also raise a query by searching for a policy from the home page via "Policy Search" and raising a query via this search option.
