Building brighter futures together
Congratulations to the 28 winning brokers who were successful in securing awards of £5,000, £10,000, or £20,000 for their favourite local causes. The winners were announced and awarded at our awards event in London on 12 March 2025 and their stories celebrated in the room. Check out our gallery of images from the event here.
With entries submitted throughout September and October 2024, brokers from across the UK got behind their causes to apply for a share of the broker prize fund. With the addition of crowdfunding and match funding of up to £50,000 per project available, this programme has been the largest and most highly rewarded Broker Community Fund to date, bringing the total amount awarded to broker backed causes to over £2million since 2010.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated in the Aviva Broker Community Fund. We hope the inspiring stories shared will motivate even more brokers to apply in the future and encourage you and your team to get involved in creating lasting, positive change.

More ways to make a difference
The Aviva Broker Community Fund provides more than just funding. We’re offering you and your community causes exclusive opportunities throughout the entire year to access even more support that could really make a difference. Find out how you can benefit from this extra support below – we can’t wait to hear from you soon.
Use our volunteering days
Charities often have all manner of jobs that require a bit of manpower to get them done. They can be reliant on people volunteering their time for activities, be it wielding a paint brusg, chopping down trees or just extra hands. Ask your charity if they need to get a task done, then contact us and we'll do our best to provide some people. We'd love to have our sales teams and underwriters out there supporting you - so much could be achieved just from donating time.
Use our mentoring skills
Whilst an organisation might be a charity, they often face similar issues to those of small businesses. If there's a reliance on volunteers, charities may also suffer from gaps in skill sets that could help them achieve greater success. We'd like to help. If your charities needs professional help from legal, HR, IT or marketing teams for example, let us know and we'll try to match them up with an expert. We can't guarantee take-up, but we'll certainly promote it.
Utilise the Crowdfunding platform
Encourage your community project to set up a Crowdfunding page and unlock additional funding potential. It's a fantastic way to rally support and make a bigger impact together!
