Solus and Aviva – Supporting motor customers
At Aviva, we know how important it is to get vehicles back on the road, quickly and safely. Especially when they’re vital to keeping businesses moving.
That’s where Solus comes in.
Solus is Aviva’s nationwide network of vehicle damage repair centres, supporting both personal and commercial customers. With a growing number of centres, with some operating for 24 hours, we can manage the entire repair journey, from booking to return.
If a customer falls outside a Solus catchment area, we work with our trusted partner Vizion to provide access to a wider network of approved repairers across the UK.
For larger or specialist vehicles, like HGVs or LCVs over 3.5 tonnes, our Commercial Large Network connects customers with expert repairers, carefully selected and monitored by Solus.
Whether customers choose Solus, an approved repairer, or their own repairer, our qualified motor engineers ensure repairs meet high standards. We also support local repair centres to help maintain the quality your clients expect.
Customer service is at the heart of everything we do. Solus consistently achieves high satisfaction scores, thanks to our expert teams and efficient processes that minimise downtime.
At Solus, we’re ready for what’s next. Many of our technicians are already EV-trained, and several of our centres are equipped to handle electric vehicles today.
We’re driving toward a bold ambition- to build the UK’s first net-zero vehicle damage repair centre. It’s part of our ongoing commitment to clean, sustainable technologies. And we’re investing in the future - not just through innovation, but through our people. Our apprenticeship programme is helping shape the next generation of skilled technicians.
From start to finish, Solus and our network make the repair journey seamless, routing vehicles to the right place, repairing them safely, and getting them back on the road.
It’s all part of our commitment to helping customers get back to normal, as quickly as possible.
