Upon notification of a new claim you will be provided with both the email address and contact telephone number, unique to the handler dealing with your claim. Please retain these for any existing claims queries or updates.

Any issues relating to a specific claim must be directed to the appropriate escalation point within the business unit first.
Please only look to contact the Claims Service Manager if you fail to receive a response to your initial escalation or if the claims issue is of a generic nature relating to service overall.
