0345 numbers are charged at national rates dependent on network and usually included in inclusive minute plans. For our joint protection, telephone calls may be recorded and/or monitored.

Any issues relating to a specific claim must be directed to the appropriate escalation point within the business unit first.
Please only look to contact the Claims Relationship Manager if you fail to receive a response to your initial escalation or if the claims issue is of a generic nature relating to service overall.
