Hi guys, it’s Joe here and I’m going to talk to you about the Body Coach App, how does it works and what is really involved when you download the app and get started.
Tailoring your plan
So first things first, you start by choosing your fitness level and this can range from beginner, intermediate, right through to advanced. Once you’ve chosen your fitness level, you’ll be given a series of workouts and these workouts get progressively more challenging as you go through the cycle.
Choose your meal plan
The next step is to choose a meal plan suited for you. Mixed meals, pescatarian, veggie and vegan so there’s something for everyone on this app. And let me tell you, the food is absolutely incredible – from stir fry’s to curries to burgers to pancakes, there’s delicious food that you’re going to love every single day. And its not some low calorie diet where the portions are tiny, you’re going to be really eating wonderful, delicious food and really fuelling your body.
Fuelling your body
Once you’ve chosen your fitness plan and your meal plan, you’re going to start to input your information into the app and this is where the magic happens. The app will ask you for your age, your height and your current weight. We also ask questions around your existing lifestyle, how active you are and do you have any pre-existing medical conditions, to really create a personalised plan that suits you.

And bosh, just like that, your first cycle is ready to go.
How cycles work
So cycle one, you’re going to see your cycle workouts. That’s going to give you five main workouts to complete for four weeks followed by a couple of short ones, and some warm-ups and cool downs. Every single month, you submit your stats and you work through to another cycle.

The app also has live content with myself and the other Body Coach trainers and any live content you miss, you can actually see on demand so every single live workout that we’ve ever completed is on this app.
Challenges
As well as live, we’re always adding new challenges. Like the Ultimate Beginner challenge, we have Hell Week, Strength Week and loads of great challenges coming. We’ve got HIIT training, yoga, strength, abs, mobility and barre. Every single month, you unlock brand new content. New workouts, new challenges and a new way to keep yourself on that journey to getting stronger and fitter.
