You can also access Broker Portal via Healthpoint, which helps you to view information and administer your SME policies, and eSolutions, which allows you to quote and apply online for our individual product, Healthier Solutions.
Your online services
Broker Portal (accessed via Healthpoint) has been created to help you take control of SME and Consumer membership administration. It offers a host of great benefits with new ones being added over time.
To start using it, you just need to call 0345 3000 511 to register. If you're already registered on Healthpoint, please call us to access the new features. Calls may be recorded and/or monitored.
Once you've registered for Broker Portal, you can start taking advantage of all the benefits currently available. These are based around common administration requests, meaning you can easily and quickly manage policies at your convenience.
- Ordering a Financial Statement
- Add a member/dependent
- Delete a member
- Update your client’s personal details
- Cancel policies
- View billing information and historical transactions
- View membership details and billing information
- Generate a renewal quote
- View a renewal summary

eSolutions (accessed via Healthpoint) gives you access to quotes for Healthier Solutions.
You need to register before you can use this service.
Once you’re registered, getting a quote is a simple matter of signing into eSolutions.

Healthpoint also lets you segment your membership in a variety of ways and produce a wide range of membership reports. These include reports for primary and dependent members, claims history and membership activity.
