Through Healthpoint, you can review, make changes and get reports for your large corporate policies.

You can also access Broker Portal, which helps you to view information and administer your SME policies, and eSolutions, which allows you to quote and apply online for our individual product, Healthier Solutions.

Broker Portal

Broker Portal has been created to help you take control of SME clients’ membership administration. It offers a host of great benefits with new ones being added over time.

To start using it, you just need to call 0345 3000 511 to register. If you're already registered on Healthpoint, please call us to access the new features.

Calls may be recorded and/or monitored.

Once you've registered for Broker Portal, you can start taking advantage of all the benefits currently available. These are based around common administration requests, meaning you can easily and quickly manage policies at your convenience.

  • Update members’ addresses
  • Delete members
  • Add dependants
  • Change members’ names
  • View renewal premium and last year's cost of cover
  • View policy benefits at renewal
  • View Renewal membership

eSolutions

eSolutions gives you access to quotes for Healthier Solutions and Solutions.

You need to register before you can use this service.

Once you’re registered, getting a quote is a simple matter of signing into eSolutions.

This means you'll have greater control of your scheme's membership, all at the touch of a button, saving you time. It keeps your membership more accurate too, so we're able to process claims faster.

Healthpoint also lets you segment your membership in a variety of ways and produce a wide range of membership reports. These include reports for primary and dependent members, claims history and membership activity.
