What’s changed?
We now deliver SME Health welcome documents digitally by default. That means:
- no more printing or posting documents
- reduced paper and postage costs
- documents go straight to the right people
- everyone gets what they need, when they need it
- easy access for clients via MyAviva once they’re onboarded.
If a client prefers paper copies, you can still request them.
