What’s changed?

We now deliver SME Health welcome documents digitally by default. That means:

  • no more printing or posting documents
  • reduced paper and postage costs
  • documents go straight to the right people
  • everyone gets what they need, when they need it
  • easy access for clients via MyAviva once they’re onboarded.

If a client prefers paper copies, you can still request them.
