Menopause support at every stage

Creating space for menopause conversations starts with the right support.

Helping your clients build a more inclusive workplace

Menopause is different for everyone, and for many, symptoms can have an impact on everyday life, at home and at work. That's why we offer menopause services through Aviva Digital GP*, provided by Square Health.

The service gives your clients and their employees clear guidance, trusted clinical expertise and reassurance at every stage of menopause. It's simple to use, designed to provide meaningful, practical support when it's most needed, and now available across all health insurance policies.

Legislation is changing

Menopause is becoming a clear workplace priority, with new government guidance calling on employers to review policies, listen to people with lived experience and make practical adjustments that genuinely help.

By acting now, your clients can create a more inclusive workplace for people experiencing menopause and retain employees with expertise they rely on.

Research says...

8 out of 10 women aged 45 to 55 say their workplace doesn’t offer basic support for menopause¹

47% of women wouldn't tell their employer the real reason if they needed to take a day off due to menopause symptoms²

Only 24% of employees knew of a formal menopause policy at their work¹
