Why do clients need Motor Fleet cover?
- Laws in the UK state that all vehicles must have valid insurance to be driven on the road and Third-Party insurance is the minimum cover that's required
- Motor Fleet cover offers financial protection if vehicles are involved in an accident that damages another vehicle or property or injures someone
- If a business uses more than one vehicle, taking out individual cover for each one, could become expensive and time-consuming - Motor Fleet is designed to cover a number of different vehicles all on one policy

We offer three levels of vehicle cover
- Comprehensive - cover for damage to your client's vehicles, someone else's car or if someone is injured in an accident, regardless of who is at fault
- Third-Party, Fire and Theft - cover for third-party vehicles or property which is damaged due to an accident as well as damage caused by fire or if the vehicle is stolen
- Third-Party Only - this is the minimum level of cover your client can take out and it covers third-party injury or damage to their property

What's covered as standard?
- Legal Liability - for death or injury to any person, including passengers and to other peoples property
- Repairs guaranteed - for 3 years with Aviva approved repairers as long as your client owns the vehicle - parts are covered for the length of the guarantee given by the part manufacturer or supplier, wear and tear isn't covered and the vehicle must be kept roadworthy
Personal belongings - up to £350, when comprehensive cover is chosen, to protect employee possessions whilst in the vehicle
- Trailer cover - damage to attached or detached trailers when comprehensive cover is chosen
- LGVs up to 3.5T as a courtesy vehicle - where entitled, a courtesy vehicle can be provided for commercial vehicle up to 3.5T or a private car (Category A type)
- Legal costs - incurred with our consent in connection with a claim against your client

What optional covers are available?
Legal services and advice - your clients will have access to a legal advice helpline that can provide legal advice on any legal matter relating to the use of their vehicle(s)
Breakdown and European motoring assistance cover - this can include extra accommodation expenses, journey continuation or return home and returning your car to the UK if it cannot be repaired

Claims
Our dedicated claims service is there whenever your client needs us – they can call our 24/7 claims line or email us anytime.
Your client will be allocated a claims handler, who will support them throughout the entire process, but they’ll also have access to our panel of solicitors working in litigation and claims investigation.
Our defence excellence team will be on hand to help protect your clients against fraudulent claims and also give advice on best practice procedures and legislation that can help companies enhance their risk management strategies.
