You can submit a claim quickly and easily online using Notify Claim - simply log in and navigate to the Claims tab on the homepage.

On submission, you'll get a claim number and will be able to track it immediately in Track Claim.

Existing claims

If you're looking for information or updates to a claim, use Track Claim or Claims Data - simply log in and navigate to the Claims tab on the homepage. Alternatively, you can contact us via Live Chat.

If your query is to do with a valuation or dispute, complex liability discussion or theft of a vehicle please contact us using the contact details below. 

Claims data

If you're looking for information about a claim, Claims Data - simply log in and navigate to the Claims tab on the homepage. 

To register for these services log in to Aviva Broker, go to the Claims tab and select the ʻRequest access hereʼ button. You'll recieve a confirmation email to let you know when your access has been enabled.

Your Claims Service Manager (CSM) is a gateway into our claims service. They provide you with a dedicated point of contact across claims resources, helping you access to the right person at the right time. 

Your CSM can help with managing claims-related service issues and provide comprehensive support across our claims resources.

Any issues relating to a specific claim must be directed to the appropriate escalation point within the business unit first.
