Escalations
The cost of calls to 03 prefixed numbers are charged at national call rates (charges may vary dependent on your network provider) and are usually included in inclusive minute plans from landlines and mobiles. The cost of calls to 07 prefixed numbers are charged at national call rates (charges may vary dependent on your network provider) and are usually included in inclusive minute plans from landlines and mobiles. For our joint protection telephone calls may be recorded and/or monitored.

Your Claims Service Manager helps you understand performance and navigate our claims capabilities. They provide you with a dedicated point of contact across claims resources, helping you access the right person at the right time.
Your Claims Service Manager can help with managing claims-related service issues and provide comprehensive support across our claims resources.
Any issues relating to a specific claim must be directed to the appropriate escalation point within the business unit first.
Please only look to contact the Claims Service Manager if you fail to receive a response to your initial escalation or if the claims issue is of a generic nature relating to service overall.
