Any issues relating to a specific claim must be directed to the appropriate escalation point within the business unit first.
Please only look to contact the Claims Service Manager if you fail to receive a response to your initial escalation or if the claims issue is of a generic nature relating to service overall.
* The cost of calls to 01 prefixed numbers are charged at national call rates (charges may vary dependent on your network provider) and are usually included in inclusive minute plans from landlines and mobiles. For our joint protection telephone calls may be recorded and/or monitored.
