New claims
You can submit a claim quickly and easily online using Notify Claim - simply log in and go to the Claims tab on the homepage.
With Notify Claim, you'll find all relevant information is pre-filled based on your profile and to save you even more time, there's the option to upload any claims documents or images directly.
On submission, you'll get a claim number and will be able to track it immediately in Track Claim.
Existing claims
If you're looking for claim updates or want to upload documents to help progress a claim, use Track Claim. Just log in and go to to the Claims tab on the homepage. Alternatively you can contact us via Live Chat.
If your query is to do with a new claim, please contact us using the contact details on this page.
Claims data
Access claims data and insight, including claims by type, cause, frequency and cost. Simply log in and visit the Claims tab on the homepage.
To register for these services log in to Aviva Broker, go to the Claims tab and select the ʻRequest access hereʼ button. You'll recieve a confirmation email to let you know when your access has been enabled.

Any issues relating to a specific claim must be directed to the appropriate escalation point within the business unit first.
