New and existing claims

To make a new claim or speak to us about an existing claim, you can email us at liacorp@aviva.com

 

New claims

You can submit a claim quickly and easily online using our Liability claims instruction form - simply click on the link below, complete the the detail required and click submit.

On submission, you will receive an automatic message stating we have received your email and a claim reference number will be supplied. 

Existing claims

If you're looking for information or updates to a claim, use Track Claim or Claims Data - simply log in and navigate to the Claims tab on the homepage. Alternatively, you can contact us via Live Chat.

If your query is to do with a valuation or dispute, complex liability discussion or theft of a vehicle please contact us using the contact details below. 

Claims data

If you're looking for information about a claim, Claims Data - simply log in and navigate to the Claims tab on the homepage. 

To register for these services log in to Aviva Broker, go to the Claims tab and select the ʻRequest access hereʼ button. You'll recieve a confirmation email to let you know when your access has been enabled.
