Switch on to Cyber with Aviva Development Zone

When it comes to cyber risks, our recent Risk Insights Report highlighted that clients don’t always appreciate the exposure faced by their business so we know that demonstrating the value of cyber cover can be a difficult conversation to have.

We want to arm you with the knowledge and expertise you need to be able to talk with confidence about both the cyber risks that are out there and the need for effective cover for your clients.

So, to complement the launch of our new cyber product, which also went live on Fast Trade and Acturis CyberNow in April, we’ve reviewed and revamped all of our cyber training modules hosted on Aviva Development Zone.

Upskill and empower

Development Zone is our online training platform designed specifically for brokers. With all you need to stay informed, compliant and to progress your development, it’s a one stop learning destination for everyone in your business.

The platform allows you to build your own learning plan, customise and tailor content according to your role and objectives and undertake your training at a pace that suits you. And having everything in one place makes keeping track of your CPD points easy and hassle free.

You can access a wealth of learning material across a multitude of areas. For cyber, these include:

  • Introducing cyber risks
  • Managing cyber risks
  • Cyber extortion
  • Common risk exposures
  • What is BYOD? (Bring your own device)
  • Aviva’s approach to cyber insurance

As well as the general areas, we have two new modules which explore our approach to cyber insurance in depth, giving you a clear understanding of our cover, limits and enhancements so you know exactly what we can offer.

Our Product Manager, Claire Harty, gives you a quick summary of the benefits and features of the new cyber training content on Development Zone in this short video.

If you’re not already registered with Development Zone you can access a 30 day free trial and start using the new cyber modules straight away.
