Additional borrowing - letters of authority and moving property
We’re pleased to say that additional borrowing is now available through our equity release digital platform.
There are some things to note when it comes to letters of authority and moving properties.
LOA key messages
As you’ll know, advisers need to have full servicing rights to be able to view client information and/or process AB quotes, KFIs and to apply online.
To obtain full servicing rights, you can complete your own LOA forms or download our form.
Once completed, you should send the form to ERCICDIRECT@aviva.com who’ll process the change of servicing rights. They’ll let you know once this has been updated and you can access online.
Where you require information only, you can send details of the information needed and a completed LOA form to ERCICDIRECT@AVIVA.COM. We’ll confirm the necessary information back to you by email.
Moving property essential information
Any additional borrowing quotes/KFI’s on a property we are not already lending against can’t be produced online.
If you require an additional borrowing quote or KFI on a new property purchase and the customer has not already made us aware, please contact MOVES1@aviva.com or 0800 1584177 (Press option 5 for ‘moves’). We’ll ask you to confirm the new property information and additional borrowing details.
If the customer has already informed us of a potential purchase, you can contact equityreleasefapresales@aviva.com with the new property and additional borrowing details.
We’ll need to know:
· the policy number,
· customer name and DOB,
· current and new address details
· the new property type, tenure, value
· additional borrowing details against the new property.
We’ll provide details of further borrowing availability and a KFI if required.
