When you recommend one of our personal protection policies to your client, you can relax, safe in the knowledge that we’ll be there for them and their families when it really matters.
Of course, this means we’ll be on hand with financial support if the worst should happen. But with our policies, you get so much more than that.

Please be aware that all of the benefits listed below are non-contractual and we can remove them at any time.
Whole of Life Insurance+ comes with a wide range of benefits available at no extra cost, subject to underwriting:
- Life change benefit - take out additional cover without further underwriting
- Separation benefit - in the event of divorce or separation, your client can cancel the joint policy and one or both of the lives can take out a new single policy without further underwriting
- Inheritance tax benefit - take out additional cover if a change in inheritance tax legislation results in an increase to your client's inheritance tax liability without the need for further underwriting
High value support
Your high value clients have specific needs and we’re here to help you meet them.
We have a specialist team of high value underwriting experts who only look after cases of over £500,000. They have a vast amount of experience in medical and financial underwriting for high value cases. They use this to give you a proactive and flexible approach that helps us make faster decisions.
Here's just some of the support they offer:
- Complete the initial assessment of an application within 24 hours
- Assess any other evidence associated with the application within 48 hours
- Contact you to discuss any medical or financial underwriting requirements
- Contact you with the final underwriting decision
We also have dedicated admin support for high value clients. They chase outstanding information, like GP reports, so you don't have to. They also provide regular updates in addition to those available through our business tracking facility.

When your clients claim, we do everything we can to reduce their stress and anxiety.
This is an incredibly difficult time. Whether it’s helping with paperwork or answering questions about funeral arrangements, we’re there for your clients, and their families.

You can leave a message outside of these hours.
Calls may be monitored and/or recorded.
Or, if they can’t face talking about what’s happened, your client can fill in an online form to tell us they need to make a claim.
