Aviva win Schroder’s Platform Award
Aviva are pleased to have won, in partnership with FE fund info, the award for Best use of platform technology for our Client Report. At Schroder’s UK Platform Awards 2020. This award was voted for by an independent panel of experts.
Launched in 2018, the aim of the report was to enable advisers – and their clients – to see how clients’ portfolios had changed, but in a way that could be understood and appreciated by both parties.
Flexible
Customisation is very much part of the offering. Advisory firms can personalise reports by adding their own comments and company logos. They can change the order of the report sections, so they weave in seamlessly with client reviews. And they can select individual criteria (date range, report size) to facilitate benchmarking.
Accessible by advisers, paraplanners and their administrators, the Client Report uses rich data provided by FE Fund Info, and shows every transactional lead on a daily basis, from changes in value to market movements, brought to life by graphs.
These in turn can be supplemented with performance data on a more granular level, which can be selected or deselected depending on the client’s appetite for information, from MiFID II costs and charges, to ex-post disclosures for different reporting periods.
Take up during Covid
Given the lack of face-to-face meetings during the pandemic, the report proved invaluable as it enabled advisers to clearly demonstrate the value and impact of their advice.
