Aviva Group Protection Online enhancements February 2024

For schemes up to 250 lives.

The latest updates to our online platform, Aviva group Protection Online (AGPOL) make quoting easier, with clearer defintiions and multiples of salary updates.

Group Life - Multiples of salary update: 

• AGPOL now allows multiples of 0.5, starting from 1.5 and up to 9.5

Group Life and Group Critical Illness - clearer salary definitions:

• Updated definition: Basic annual salary, plus the 3 year average of any fluctuating emoulments
• Updated definition: P60 earnings in previous tax year from the employer

Group income Protection - clearer salary definitions:

• Updated definition: Basic annual salary, plus the 3 year average of any fluctuating emoulments
• New definition: Basic annual salary, plus the 3 year average of any fluctuating emoulments and dividends

These updates follow on from our most recent enhancements, which enable you to process your client's renewals online.

Accessing AGPOL

If you're already registered for our Adviser site, you can log in using your exisiting details. 

If you're new to AGPOL, register using the steps below:

1. Go to our adviser site and click 'Register' in the top right.
2. Complete our 3 step online form. You'll need your Firm Reference (FCA) Number. 
3. We'll complete a few internal checks, which can take up to 48 hours.
4. Once we've set you up, you'll receive an email from us with your Online Account Number. Use this with the password you created as part of the registration process to log in to our adviser site.
