We believe it’s important to keep a workforce as healthy as possible, so we have a range of value-added extras that come with our Group Protection policies.

That includes the Aviva DigiCare+ Workplace app and services, which come at no additional cost to all Group Protection clients and their insured employees.

If your client's haven’t yet launched the app to their workforce, their people are missing out on free access to support and useful everyday benefits. Help them get more from their policies sooner.

Staying physically and mentally healthy is becoming more important to people. Which is why one of the services gives access to a Digital GP - let’s face it, GP surgery appointments aren’t always easy to get, so this is just one example of how the policy can help in the here and now.  

Access to Aviva DigiCare+ Workplace is easy – but it isn’t automatic. Here's how they set it up. 

First, your client needs access to the Square Health Employer Portal. To get access, you or your client should email digicare@aviva.com with this information:

  1. Scheme name
  2. Scheme number
  3. Employer contact name (the ‘employer’ is the dedicated contact who will be given access to the Square Health Employer Portal and manage employee information)
  4. Employer email address
  5. Employer telephone number
  6. Product activation date (this is the earliest date your client would like app invites to be sent to their employees)

We’ll pass the information to Square Health, who will email the named employer, giving them access to the Square Health Employer Portal.

Once registered, they’ll need to carry out a few simple steps, then Square Health will email their employees inviting them to download the app.
