Do I have to hold cash for fees and charges?

The Aviva Platform will always look at a client's cash account to pay fees and charges. The system will look 5 working days before the mensiversary of the account suffixed 001  - if there is insufficient cash to pay the fees and charges due, an auto-disinvestment will commence to generate the required cash.

If your client is invested in model portfolios, you should consider the impact of model trading on other processes (for example, assets in a model portfolio that is disinvesting for fees and charges are not available to be crystallised).
